busymomma
I have installed the ccleaner but when I go to use it I get runtime error 5. I have deleted it, installed the visual basic files, reinstalled over and over but still can't use it. I have installed it at work with no problems but my home computer keeps giving me the runtime error 5. Any suggestions on how to make it work? Thanks for any help. Moderators Andavari Posted August 23, 2006 Moderators Share Posted August 23, 2006 I don't know if this is the proper recommendation or not, but perhaps if you download Dial-a-fix (the link is in my signature under this post) then click Tools, Repair permissions.
