"Skip User Account Control Warning" not working

It's working OK here.

I see you have the ini file selected, it maybe something to do with that? (Although creating an ini here I can't see any setting for skip UAC, I think it may be a registry entry).

The best I can suggest is uninstalling Speccy, do a 'Restart' of the computer (not a shutdown), and then reinstall Speccy from scratch.

Don't forget to make a note of your licence details if you have a licence, you'll need to re-register the new install.
