duplicates in cc-cleaners bookmarks arrived

How is it possible , there arrived duplicates of bookmarks (web links),

when installed cc-cleaner browser. I also think browser was not before in this computer.

But more weird is, there should not be syncronisation but cc-cleaner browser seems to continuosly

syncronise from edge, without me doing anything, new bookmarks? even those i have removed from edge,

they are in cc-cleaner browser??

 

but how i could remove duplicate bookmarks, so i have one folder like "links", same links have duplicated, there is 2x long list, when should be 1x everything.

 

they are not link LINK-one, LINK-one, but first full old list, then continues with duplicates.
