IsBamOkay
I was using performance optimizer and driver updater to improve my device's performance, i used driver updater for the first time, it said it can enhance my gaming performance, when i did the process, it requires to restart, i had no problem with that, but soon as after my pc is turned on once again, i had two problems, first was that i had no sound and that it says "No Audio Output Device is Installed" which didn't appear before i used the driver updater, i tried using troubleshoot but it couldn't identify the problem, nor was it the sound, video or game controller tab was found in my device manager! my second problem was that before i used ccleaner to do anything, i was able to play games with some lag but could play properly, after the driver update, it was so laggy that it keeps having an error every time i play, it became unplayable now! please help me! IsBamOkay
i would like to add more notes, i searched for an entire day to find ways to fix this, for the missing audio driver, i tried the troubleshooting method and device manager method, to fix my graphics problem, i reset my entire pc and used troubleshooting and device manager, still nothing new, i rely on this laptop for many ways and the moment i used the driver updater, everything fell apart (not to sound mad) this is a huge problem as i also have problems that i use the laptop to fix with
Bastet
There should be an option to roll back the driver, however if you reset the pc then this may no longer be available. Check under device manager>view>show hidden devices, is the audio device shown there? Virginia/Bastet. Windows 11 Pro 22H2. CCleaner Pro. MalwareBytes Pro. Defender. Macrium Reflect Home. IsBamOkay
The audio device, isn't shown there, i can't even find any signs of the audio driver. And unfortunately, i have reset the pc due to trying to fix this problem by myself.
