Jultate Posted July 7, 2022 Share Posted July 7, 2022 I keep trying to send a screen shot, but this is all that's captured. It's not showing the desktop screen. All I'm seeing is a white box with the logo and a green bar going back and forth for over 10 minutes now. It shows no progress or anything. Guest johnccleaner Posted July 19, 2022 Share Posted July 19, 2022 Please make sure that you're downloading directly from: https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/browser/download Also, I notice that (from what I can see in the screenshot) you're using Google Chrome to perform the download; try another browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer or Edge, so that any extension you may have loaded in Chrome should not be able to interfere with the download process? Might also try simply restarting, or also checking in your antivirus/security software and seeing if there are any exceptions that should be set for your browser.
