Hi @dadilus Can you please see if this problem persists after deleting the DUState.dat file, located in C:\Program Files\CCleaner\Data ?

Or, can you please see if this problem persists after configuring CCleaner as follows?

  1. Right-click CCleaner > click Properties
  2. Open the Compatibility tab
  3. Check "Run this program as an administrator"
  4. Click Apply > OK

Afterwards, please re-scan for driver updates, then check to see if the problem has been resolved:

  • Open CCleaner > click Driver Updater
  • Click "Scan again" > Update All

Hi @dadilus Thanks for letting me know of how the issue has persisted.

We did have someone report this problem to us recently and it was resolved by installing the new update for CCleaner, v6.01.

For that, simply click on the "Check for updates" link located on the bottom-right corner of CCleaner.

Otherwise, our support team would like to investigate further; do they have permission to contact you via email?
