Phone is plugged in to usb on computer, shows 25.2mb but no files in windows file explorer? It does not have a drive letter. I purchased this Recova program and it would not locate deleted files from my ssd hardrive, now it won't give me an option to find deleted files on phone. Guest johnccleaner Posted May 23, 2022 Share Posted May 23, 2022 Unfortunately, if the device does not have a drive letter in File Explorer (i.e. is not connected via the UMS protocol), Recuva will not be able to access it. If the device can be configured to connect via the UMS protocol (you may need to check its manual or contact the manufacturer to find out if it can and if so, how to configure it in this way), then Recuva should then able to access the device.
