redwolfe_98 Posted May 8, 2022 Share Posted May 8, 2022 try uninstalling the version of ccleaner that you have installed and then doing a clean install of the latest version of ccleaner. lots of people are seeing problems with updating ccleaner, lately. hopefully, one day, someone at "ccleaner" will look into the issue. which version of windows are you using? if you are using windows 7, that could be part of the problem. I've tried using the automatic update mode and that does not work. Been busy and will try your suggestion of uninstalling/reinstalling hopefully tomorrow. Thanks! If you are still having problems then download the 'Slim' installer, 3rd one down here: https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/builds Once downloaded double-click it to install CCleaner, you'll get v6.00 now. Don't uninstall first, that way the new install will pick up your existing Pro Licence. If you do uninstall first then you will have to use your registered name/key again to re-register the new install (so make a note of them before uninstalling).
