Sneed Posted April 30, 2022 Share Posted April 30, 2022 This happens when I try to start it on Win7 Pro. This happened with the previous version of CC and with the current one I downloaded today. The message continues: "A problem caused the program to stop working. Please close the program." Since it won't launch it's useless for now. I've been using it for years so sorry to see it go. Sneed Posted May 1, 2022 Author Share Posted May 1, 2022 I did what you suggested, uninstall, reboot, install slim version with identical result: "A problem caused the program to stop working. Please close the program." I then tried to exclude CC from Kaspersky, my AV program. Same result. I tried labeling it as a trusted program not to be monitored in Kaspersky. Same result.
