CCleaner and Google My activity

No, this is not something that it is possible for CCleaner to clean.

In short, this is because the information is not actually present on your computer - it's stored on Google's servers, which we have no access to (and it would likely be a significant security vulnerability if we did, or rather if arbitrary third-party applications did). As such, while we can clean the downloaded cache files generated when you visit the page from your computer, the data is still held by Google on their servers, and so you would need to go to the site 

(I suppose one option might be for the software to ask for your Google account credentials, then 'push the button' for you - but I'd certainly be reticent to give my account credentials like that, and I'm sure the same would be true for many of our users.)

The same points would also apply to other similar online services, such as other search engines, order history at online retailers, and so on.
