While alphas, betas and other such canary types, are not officially supported (the developers gets it at the same time as you and prep ccleaner for changes coming to a software for the next version of ccleaner), if something hasn't changed between the stable and next alpha then ccleaner should be able to clean it (you may have to use custom location in ccleaner for it to be recognized)

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION

DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.

Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)

ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
