Trackers

Why does CCleaner not remove all the trackers it says it has found on the first pass. The last time this happened, the Healthcare scan found 61 trackers but only removed 50. Why not all 61? After this I Start Over'ed and only 1 tracker was found and 1 tracker was removed. So, I'm suppose to redo the scan 11 times to get rid of the 11 trackers initially found one at a time. What is that all about? Definitely not professional quality!! I'm paying for professional quality and I'm not getting it. FIX IT!!!

It's not something to be fixed, it's simply the way that computers work.

It's a common missunderstanding that gets asked about a lot.
So much so that I wrote a post explaining just what 'Trackers' are, and why they and other files come back straight after cleaning.
(It also explains why sometimes it looks like you have got rid of them, but haven't really).

Worried about 'Tracking Files'? Worried about why some files come back after cleaning? See this link:
