Hi @sandaru If you are using Windows 7, you'll need to update the root certificates on your computer to resolve this problem.

For this, download the "rootsupd.zip" file from here:

http://media.kaspersky.com/utilities/CorporateUtilities/rootsupd.zip

Simply open the ZIP file, then open the "rootsupd.exe" file it contains to start the installation.
