The driver updater put incorrect drivers in my laptop and now I can't get my laptop to work. It is stuck on restart and will not repair itself. I have tried everything all night and all day. I contacted support and they didn't help at all. I tried resetting, restoring and nothing will work. I need to get on my laptop to finish my schoolwork and I am now way behind because I have been wasting my time trying to fix my computer. This product is horrible and there is no customer service.
