Saheeb Posted September 10, 2021 Share Posted September 10, 2021 I fell for the sales job, bought the pro version, used the driver updater, and now my sound card won't work. I can't revert. I can't uninstall the bad drivers, and now I have no sound. I'm an IT professional and I've fixed more than a few system problems in my 40+ years with computers. Bastet Posted September 10, 2021 Share Posted September 10, 2021 The updater should allow you to roll back the update. Did this not restore audio? Try system restore to see if that fixes the audio. If not then You might have to reinstall the driver: Right click device. Choose update driver. Choose ‘browse my computer for drivers’. Choose ‘let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer’. Choose the compatible hardware from the list, then choose next. This will then reinstall the driver. Virginia/Bastet.
