Ccleaner Renewal

Cleaner email said that my renewal date was soon.  The email stated that if I renewed now that my remaining days would be added to my renewal.  I renewed my subscription for 1 year.   I should have 447 days left but my license information show that I have 365 days.  why didn't it add the 82 days I had Left?

Although it says "we also credit any remaining time left on your old CCleaner license subscription to your new one within 15 working days", it generally happens in under 24 hours. 

Note also that the matching is by email account, so if your old licence and your new licence are under two different email addresses you may need to contact support@ccleaner.com for a licence merge.
