MarkieVee
Hi, I've been running KAMO for a while and it's been working well - until the July 6th update. now if I open FaceBook in Edge or Chrome it works for a bit and then I lose my internet connection. I have no issues with any other website - this only happens, and always happens, when I open FaceBook. If I run without KAMO running - no problems at all. I've tried adding it to the allowed sites, this hasn't helped. Mark.
Guest johnccleaner
Please get in contact with our support team via our Contact Us form here: https://support.piriform.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=86507 or via emailing support@ccleaner.com so that we can look into this matter further - Kamo shouldn't be able to affect your internet connection at all, so that's a very odd behavior indeed. (To clarify, adding a site to the Allowed Sites simply ensures that the "Browser cleanup schedule" won't clean cookies for it; there isn't a way to turn off the anti-tracking features for a single website, short of turning off Kamo entirely as you mentioned doing.)
