Problem deactivation automatic extencion of ccleaner

Hello i have a problem. i can't deactivate the automatic extencion off ccleaner. i go to abbonement and clicking deactivate automatic extension but when i go to visualize the license it responding that the extencion automatic is activate. What can i do?

Note that it may take a day or more before the 'Licence Information' in CCleaner's Options>About will show a subscription has been deactivated, so you may have already cancelled it but it isn't showing in CCleaner itself yet.

If you email the support team on support@ccleaner.com they will be able to help you cancel your subscription if needed.

i also have the same issue My problem is that ccleaner will not let me deactivate the automatic extension... I i clicked deactivate automatic extension under administration, but when I go to visualize license, it responds that the extension is activated. Can you tell me what I can do? but you solve my prob

The same advice as above;

It may take a day or two to show as deactivated.

If it doesn't show as deactivated after a few days then send an email to support.
