Hi @Mike Roh Can you please tell us what CCleaner displays as the "Release date" for the driver update that is being offered?

This will be displayed after clicking on the "Learn more" button.

Furthermore, and to help us investigate further, can you please send the following files to support@ccleaner.com ?

  1. C:\Program Files\CCleaner\LOG\DriverUpdaterLib.log
  2. C:\Program Files\CCleaner\Data\DUState.dat
  3. C:\Windows\INF\setupapi.dev.log

Please also send a report from the System Information utility in Windows:

  1. Open the "Run" dialog in Windows (On the keyboard, hold the "Windows" (?name=Windows+Logo.png) and "R" keys simultaneously)
  2. Type: msinfo32.exe > click OK
  3. Click File > Save...

on my computer, both ccleaner and device manager are showing that i have Asmedia USB3.1 eXtensible Host Controller version 1.16.61.1.

the update did not fail since device manager is showing that you have the latest version of the driver.
