contact problem with support

I have been trying to get a response from Ccleaner customer support for over a week with no luck. I am a paid subscriber to Ccleaner Professional and Kamo, and I find this very disappointing . I have a couple of simple questions about using Kamo. Does anyone know why this is happening? I even had Cleverbridge reach out on my behalf with no results

I'm having an issue  I recently renewed  my CCleaner  license and updated to the newest   version. Today I am looking at a screen that says I nhave three days to renew my license .  I need to get help from somewhere to clear this up.
