Hi gwa752, I am sorry to here that the feature hasn't recognized that you are a PRO user.

Could you please fully close and reopen CCleaner and try that process again, it may just of needed a restart to recognize your new license state.

If that doesn't work could you please also screenshot your CCleaner and post it here? Thanks
