Andres Lara Posted June 19, 2021 Share Posted June 19, 2021 Hello, CCleaner Pro were working fine, Just today i noticed that `Patching up your PC...` is existing CCleaner windows once it's reach like 50%. And the system tray didn't exit. I've already tried to uninstall and re-install once again but issue still exist! I'm running latest version v5.82.8950 Log file uploaded as well. Moderators nukecad Posted June 19, 2021 Moderators Share Posted June 19, 2021 Can't see the log on this phone but that sounds like it is unable to reach the server(s) needed for the Speed and Security checks. Might just be a temporary issue either with the server or with your AV not recoginsing the new CCleaner version yet and so blocking it.
