Additionally, if possible, please include the following files: C:\Program Files\CCleaner\Data\DUState.dat C:\Program Files\CCleaner\LOG\DriverUpdaterLib(.old).log C:\Windows\INF\setupapi.dev.log Please also right-click on your Start button > Run > type in "msinfo32.exe" and click Run.
