What did you do Recuva? Deleted my own files upon uninstallation!

Just now I uninstalled Recuva 1.53 (the newest build which just downloaded from official website and installed a few hours ago). It was pretty straight to uninstall and as I was just about to close the 'Uninstall successful' window I noticed something strange. It deleted my two files!

As I checked, they were really gone!

What did it do???

Where those files saved in one of the Recuva folders? (maybe by mistake?).

Worried about 'Tracking Files'? Worried about why some files come back after cleaning? See this link:

No. They were in D:\. Completely nonsense.

To prove, I recovered them, with Recuva.

I've asked the staff to take a look.

Hi @Olive First of all, we're very sorry to hear about how this happened, and for how you are unable to recover the deleted TXT files.

I've reported this issue to our development team as we definitely want to get this resolved as soon as possible, and I suspect this will be fixed whenever we release the next update for the Recuva software.

Let me know when new version is out, and why this happened.
