CCleaner won't open (Windows 7 SP1)

Hi,  I've been using CCleaner for many years, but I haven't run it for while, and yesterday I finally feel that I want to run the CCleaner to do some cleaning and realized that it won't open, so I thought maybe the version was too old and went download the latest version 5.77, after updated it still won't open, then I tried uninstall it completely and reinstall it and still not opening, I even tried under safe mode, also CCleaner portable, disable Kaspersky total security.. etc nothing works, I notice that under task manager it will show up in process then quickly disappeared, can anyone able to help me to troubleshoot the problem?  Below is my eventviewer log if that helps?
