ycandrea
Video will start to play and then just stops. An error message pops us saying, " Sorry, we are having trouble playing this video." Videos play fine in Google Chrome on Faceback. They just stopped playing in CCleaner browser.

samb
I've got the same problem but on TikTok; I could watch the videos directly on the browser but since a couple of months, not anymore!!! But this issue doesn't happen on other browsers. EDIT: I forgot to add that I get a small icon next to the bookmark star saying "To open this link choose an app" and if click on it it opens a different window for TikTok, but the videos won't play neither. Admin Dave CCleaner Posted June 23, 2021 Admin Share Posted June 23, 2021 @samb: If you go to secure://settings/help inside CCleaner Browser, what version does it say that you are running at the moment? eg: Piriform Homepage - [CCleaner - CCleaner Mac - CCleaner Android - CCleaner Browser - Recuva - Speccy - Kamo] - Product Support Looking for your licence key, expiry date or download link? Check here first: https://www.ccleaner.com/support/license-lookup To find out how we protect your privacy - read CCleaner's Data Factsheet. What's new? Check the latest CCleaner for Windows release notes.
samb
@Dave CCleaner Thank you for your response. This started before the last version. And it continues after the update. Also, there's a Portuguese news website where the same happens. I've already tried to change the site's permissions, disabling adblock, remove extensions but without results. This doesn't happen in all websites with video, just some.
