when performing following steps - custom clean + analyze + run cleaner. ccleaner advanced report shows 108mb in "avg secure browser - internet cache file". oddly enough "ccleaner browser - internet cache file" still has 3,494 kb , in 21 files that has not been removed after 5+ consecutive analyze, run cleaner passes?

There is no need to post the same question twice, I've merged then together so that any answers will be in the same place.
(and it is the same question, even though one is Health Check and one is Custom Clean it will be the same files that you are seeing).

When you have run a Custom Clean does it tell you the the browser files have been 'Skipped'?
If so that's because the browser or some component of it is still open - CCleaner can not clear files that are open.
Like this clean done when Firefox was open:

If it's not showing 'Skipped' following a Custom Clean then what is it showing?, a screenshot might help.

Things not seeming to be cleaned/removed can be a common missconception - some files will come back as soon as you have cleaned them.
There various reasons why some files will come straight back, (with browser files it's usually syncing that does that),  see this for a fuller explanation and how to stop some of that happening:

Worried about 'Tracking Files'? Worried about why some files come back after cleaning? See this link:
