Network report

This is the first time ever using Speccy so please forgive if stupid question. In my Network report printout everything is correct but then I see my neighbors Wifi visible of course in windows BUT, Speccy reports Several of them this way:

Default Auth used to join this network for the first time 802.11i RSNA algorythm that uses PSK

Wi-Fi (TP-Link)_2E55_EXT  SSID -TP-Link_2E55_EXT

My question: This is one of 4 neighbors on the report. Does it indeed mean they are using my network? If so, how?  I have a secure network, no one has the PW but us.  I guess I could always be hacked by someone a lot smarter than me.  Router security is updated.
