Losing Saved Passwords

'Saved Passwords' if ticked will remove all saved passwords from the browser.
If that happens then you will have to tell the browser to save each one again the next time you log into that site.
For info, which browser are we talking about here?

If only some passwords are being affected then try unticking 'Saved Form Information' for the browser, some websites save logins and passwords as forms rather than in the browsers saved password list.

Also note that as a security measure some websites will not allow your browser to 'auto-fill' passwords and insist that you type them in each time.
So that if someone else gets their hands on your device (say your phone/tablet gets stolen) they can't automatically log in as you.
Banking and other financial websites usually do that, as do many other sites nowadays especially sites where you may be using debit/credit cards.

@Mstar84

If you are using Windows 10 2004, (have you recently updated Windows?) with Chrome as your browser then it may be a bug in Chrome itself that is losing your passwords.

See this: https://techdows.com/2020/06/chrome-issues-on-windows-10-may-2020-update.html

There are reports on   Reddit and Chrome Help forum ... from users saying they’ve been signed out all websites and Chrome no longer using the stored cookies, because of that, they need to sign in to websites whenever they start Chrome.

All the users complaining in the thread have one thing in common: they’re running recently released Windows 10 May 2020 Update.

Thanks Hazelnut, I'd missed that one.
