foxjohnsix
Is there a way to TAG multiple duplicate files discovered by Duplicate Finder for MASS deletion? It takes too long to individually tag these files 9n a computer clean up. There is a Free Ap called Double Killer that will do it. Why can’t CC Cleaner do this ? Moderators nukecad Posted December 3, 2020 Moderators Share Posted December 3, 2020 CCleaner won't let you do it because it's a extremely dangerous thing to do. Many duplicates that CCleaner can find are needed by Windows and/or by apps if they are to run properly. Deleteing those duplicate files en-masse could make your computer unusable. Duplicate Finder can vastly speed up the time that it takes to find duplicates, but it can't know which are needed or which you want to keep. Only you can decide what you want to keep or not, if you don't know what a particular duplicate is and/or if it's needed then leave well alone. It is called Duplicate finder, not Duplicate Remover. *** Out of Beer Error ->->-> Recovering Memory *** Worried about 'Tracking Files'? Worried about why some files come back after cleaning?
