jmozdy 0
I'm simply trying to remove software that the kids installed. It seems to me that the option to uninstall should be readily available, but when I click another users software/program, the "uninstall" option is greyed out. How do I control this with CCleaner? I have a support ticket in, but I feel like the forum users would be a better help.
Moderators nukecad 9 Posted October 22, 2020 Moderators Share Posted October 22, 2020 It's probably a Windows ownership/permissions issue. In CCleaner PRO try going to Options>Users and selecting 'All Users' or adding those specific users. (Or try logging in as Caden and then uninstalling it). TBH though I would probably just use Windows own built in uninstaller from a Windows Admin (or elevated admin) account. Settings>Apps click the app name and select uninstall. *** Out of Beer Error ->->-> Recovering Memory *** Worried about 'Tracking Files'? Worried about why some files come back after cleaning?
