Roland Moens
Dear, Sorry for my very bad english, i speak flemish. I bought "CCleaner Professional" and scheduled my "clean up" via daily planning at 10pm. 1) Does it clean up even when my PC is turned off ? 2) Do I have an overview or proof of this action ? Please let me know Roland Moens. PS.: See Attachment
Moderators nukecad Posted October 1, 2020 Moderators Share Posted October 1, 2020 No, it cannot run when your PC is turned off. If you are at your PC then you should see an icon appear on the taskbar/System Tray when CCleaner is running a scheduled clean. (But it may not be there for long). You could also do an 'Analyze' shortly before and shortly after the set time to see the difference that it has made. *** Out of Beer Error ->->-> Recovering Memory *** Worried about 'Tracking Files'? Roland Moens
Dear nukecad, Thanks for your answer !! Although I thought I was going to be notified of your answer by e-mail. It is really by accident, that I saw this answer on "Go to CCleaner Community Forums". Is there a possibility to be notified of a reply from the Forum by e-mail? Please let me know. Roland Moens. Moderators nukecad Posted October 1, 2020 Moderators Share Posted October 1, 2020 Yes you can get email notifications. At the top right of any page click on your name and choose 'Account Settings' from the menu that drops down. On the right of the screen that comes up choose 'Notification Settings'. You then have a page where you can set up notifications for different things and whether/when you get an email about them. *** Out of Beer Error ->->-> Recovering Memory *** Worried about 'Tracking Files'?
