Sue_Moon
I have Pro on my laptop and wanted to add my desktop. Instructions on how to do this asks me to login to cloud, not sure I've ever had to login anywhere, so added my email and used "forgotten password" and it tells me it doesn't recognise my email. I used the email address ccleaner used to ask me to renew early. Where do I go from here?
Admin Dave CCleaner Posted September 23, 2020 Admin Share Posted September 23, 2020 Sounds like you found the instructions for CCleaner Cloud (the business software) somehow? You don't need to log in to anything - if you want to put CCleaner Professional on a different computer and need a download link and/or to find your licence key, you can get those from https://www.ccleaner.com/support/license-lookup - just fill in your email address and it will post you the details. Sue_Moon
Dear Dave Thanks very much for your response. I had the licence key, it was finding a pro download without a paywall but I did eventually find a link and have managed to install it and register with the licence key. Thanks for your help. geoffgt
I also have a similar problem, as have many other users according to this forum. I am a pro member and am getting many reminder emails but when I try to log in with the same email address that they are contacting me with, it is not recognised when I try to reset my password. Even when I go to SUPPORT another irrelevant page appears. So this would suggest that the support that is boasted about by Ccleaner doesn't actually exist! Can't understand how a software program that is used by millions of users can have this glitch. Lack of response to this post will lead to me not renewing, and posting this message on Trustpilot. If you are trying to register your copy of CCleaner Professional on your PC that does not use your email address, but rather the name that you entered when you purchased CCleaner, and your licence key. If you are trying to recover your registration information, retrieve your download link or check your expiry date you can do so from https://www.ccleaner.com/support/license-lookup using only your email address. No password is required as the information is posted to your email address. If you are trying to contact customer support, their contact details were in the email received after you purchased - ie: support@ccleaner.com. Again, no password is required. 2 hours ago, geoffgt said: Lack of response to this post will lead to me not renewing, and posting this message on Trustpilot.
