Zacharyboss7000
So I had some notepads with some personal information and they appeared in my CCleaner browser and I deleted it from the history. Can CCleaner see what I put in those notepads or is it private? Edited September 11, 2020 by Zacharyboss7000 I wanted to see if the edit button worked

Because it appeared in my CCleaner browser history. Edited September 13, 2020 by Zacharyboss7000
Moderators nukecad Posted September 13, 2020 Moderators Share Posted September 13, 2020 The browser history will only show the filename and where the file is located, so that you can open it again later if wanted. It does not keep the contents of the file in the browser history. *** Out of Beer Error ->->-> Recovering Memory *** Worried about 'Tracking Files'? Zacharyboss7000
I have one last question, if my CCleaner browser data is being shared across any physical human being can they see my history data? Edited September 13, 2020 by Zacharyboss7000 Had some errors
Moderators nukecad Posted September 13, 2020 Moderators Share Posted September 13, 2020 If someone else is logged into the computer with your named account then they can see your browser history. If they are logged in with a different named account they they see their own browser history, and not yours. (Always qualified that an Administrator account can see data from other, non-administrator accounts.) *** Out of Beer Error ->->-> Recovering Memory *** Worried about 'Tracking Files'?
