I think you have to bear in mind the reason (philosophy?) behind CCleaner is to clean your computer of junk, including your browser history/cache/cookies/etc.

If your browser syncs automatically then CCleaner, or the CCleaner Browser can't do that because it will all be automatically synced back from the browsers server.

Worried about 'Tracking Files'? Worried about why some files come back after cleaning? See this link:

this was my thought too when I read this suggestion

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION

DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.

Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)

ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.

Also, keep in mind that by syncing your data, you're turning it over to a third party (in this case, us, if we were to add such a feature).

Even with the best of intentions, it adds to the ways that your privacy can be compromised, and CCleaner Browser is designed foremost to try to protect your privacy. Therefore, Syncing is not something that we have any plans for.
