747cor 0
After installing the ccleaner app my phone was blocked after activating the voice assistant which was mandatory. Tried to restart the phone (a Samsung A7) but it does not even accept my sign-in code anymore. What do I have to do to be able to use my phone again? I am quite desperate................. Moderators Nergal 0 Posted August 14, 2020 Moderators Share Posted August 14, 2020 Ccleaner does not require voice assistant, and has no way to change android security. did you get ccleaner from the play store? ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T. 747cor 0
Thanks for your message. I got the app from the play store. I could not get the app working without giving it access to the voice assistant after which the blockage started.
