PixelPanda
Dear All, Not sure if it's a bug but the UI could be better managed. How to replicate the issue: 1) Open Ccleaner 2) Click Options 3) Click Cookies User Response message appears "The following applications need to be closed to view cookies Brave Do you want Ccleaner to close this?" 4) Select NO 5) Cookies for Brave have been skipped due to an error Suggestion: This isn't an error but better wording of the UI would be better and possibly less of a concern. An 'error' is usually something that's wrong but in this case because the user has elected not to close their browser, surely this isn't an error? Moderators nukecad Posted July 16, 2020 Moderators Share Posted July 16, 2020 Thanks for pointing it out. There are a number of things that could be worded better, we point them out to the staff and they do sometimes get changed. Sometimes it's simply a case of the same message being used in 2 or more different circumstances to save programme size, and maybe not quite fitting each circumstance. When changing wording you also have to be careful of how the new wording will translate to other languages. We often get posts about mistranslation in non-English versions. *** Out of Beer Error ->->-> Recovering Memory *** Worried about 'Tracking Files'?
