sto cercando di registrare il prodotto CCLEANER pro. Inserisco la chiave che mi avete inviato con copia incolla, clicco REGISTRATI , ok. Poi mi chiede di inserire il nome, faccio copia incolla e clicco su REGISTRATI  niente mi dice : il nome inserito non corrisponde alla chiave di licenza. Inserisci nuovamente il nome esattamente come in fase di acquisto, compresi spazi e lettere maiuscole. Puoi controllare il nome specificato nell'email di conferma dell'acquisto. 

L'ho ripetuto più volte ma sempre stessa risposta. Potete aiutarmi a capire cosa non funziona o cosa sbaglio?
