email adress of my is not available anymore

The email address of at my license is not available anymore.
How can i deactivate the automatic renew of my license.
I hope that someone can help me here. Thanks in advance.

You need to contact support to resolve licencing issues; for privacy reasons it's not something that we can do on the open forum.

Thank you for the quick information. I hope it works that way.
Unfortunately, I no longer receive confirmation emails at the email address
with which I registered, since this address no longer exists.

Hello,
Thanks for the hint. I have sent emails to Support@ccleaner.com, but unfortunately received no answer.

I deactivated the automatic renewal of the license via the ... about ... page of the software, but I don't get
any feedback whether the deactivation was carried out.

You need to have patience with the official support.

Support requests are dealt with in the order that they are recieved, so if there are a lot in the queue then it may take a while to get to yours.
At very busy times (and weekends) it could take a couple of days.

Sending multiple requests/emails can also confuse things, and may even slow the response down.

Thanks for the information. I can understand that support is under a lot of pressure.
It's just that I get nervous when money is withdrawn and you don't see a chance to end

it because of an email address that no longer exists.
CCleaner is a very good tool and I think the support will be just as good.
So I will have patience and trust.
