I have sent emails to Support@ccleaner.com, but unfortunately received no answer.I deactivated the automatic renewal of the license via the ... about ... page of the software, but I don't get any feedback whether the deactivation was carried out.Thank you for your help. Support requests are dealt with in the order that they are recieved, so if there are a lot in the queue then it may take a while to get to yours. At very busy times (and weekends) it could take a couple of days. I can understand that support is under a lot of pressure.It's just that I get nervous when money is withdrawn and you don't see a chance to endit because of an email address that no longer exists.CCleaner is a very good tool and I think the support will be just as good.So I will have patience and trust.
