Please, make Health Check optional

Would you please, for the sake of advanced users that want their CCleaner to be slim and free of other extras, make Health Check optional during the installation wizard?

I mean having it ( Health Check), should be optional in Installation Wizard, make a check box to install it or not to install it.

Half of CCleaner's users prefer the EasyClean/Health Check-style interface.  Half prefer the old interface.  Inspired by the wisdom of that little girl in the Taco ad, we provide both.

Dave don't you think it's more likely that users do not know that Health Check has its own set of rules (hence the problems we see on forum) and as it's the default at install they run with it.

It should be an opt in.

The EasyClean/ Healthcheck appears bogus. Cleaned and ran Healthcheck several times, restarted and it repeats exactly 61 trackers found despite cleaning and no internet activity in between. I believe this is totally misleading and appears to be a scam. Anyone care to comment. Rune the cleaner, then Healthcheck then restart and open CCleaner. I get exactly the same amount of trackers that I supposedly cleaned prior to restart.... Hmmmmm

It not a scam, it is simply the way that Windows works. (And what Health Check calls 'trackers' are not what you or I would usually call trackers).

In this particular case it is the Windows restart that is re-creating the files that are found to be cleaned.

See the link in my signature below any of my posts for an explanation.

Worried about 'Tracking Files'? Worried about why some files come back after cleaning? See this link:
