I hope I am posting in the right place.  I am legally blind and could not find a better category.

I renewed my licensehat my license isexpiration notice  I checked and found the receipt for the renewal of ccleaner pro but;  I am constantly receiving a notice that my license is expiring.

CCleaner Professional1 Year, 1 home PC Professional subscription, billed annually   Your download link is valid until 2/9/2021. Note: The date specified for this download link does not affect the validity of your license. I even reinstalled new version and still get the ewxpiration notice.  thanks for your help.

We're sorry that you have experienced an error with your license. Sometimes rather than renewing a license, a new one is purchased, which seems to be what has happened here. Please contact our support team on support@ccleaner.com and they can look into this for you, and ensure that you have the correct license information entered in the app.
