1619415
I recently installed CCleaner Free for Home and as soon as I open it, it hangs and does nothing. When I try click on the screen windows just makes the standard chime and the application does nothing. I've attached a copy of the windows event viewer log detailing the error so hopefully someone can take a look. I've also attached a screenshot with all of my OS information Thanks! If anymore information is needed for debugging purposes feel free to ask and I'll do my best to provide ccleaner.evtx Edited March 18, 2020 by 1619415
Moderators nukecad Posted March 19, 2020 Moderators Share Posted March 19, 2020 Hopefully the developers can make use of your log, I'll flag your post to the staff. Some users are having a few issues with v5.64 that are being addressed for the next update. If you are one of the affected users then we suggest installing and using the previous version, v5.63.7540, which can be found under 'Older Versions' on the right of: https://filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/ If you have CCleaner Pro then you may need to re-register v5.63 after installing. If you find you need to do this then simply: Go to Options>About, click on 'Upgrade to Pro', enter your registered name and key, click on 'Register'. *** Out of Beer Error ->->-> Recovering Memory *** Worried about 'Tracking Files'? Worried about why some files come back after cleaning?
