When are you going to update the software?

it is a problem that it does not show proccesor model or memory type and model and show video memory on video cards incorrectly.the software need an update and soon please.

Their focus is obviously on CCleaner so if/when they get around to their other tools who knows. There are other competing well known hardware detection tools (which I will not mention here) that are updated more regularly.

We haven't forgotten about Speccy. 

The Speccy server was updated last year; and the Speccy client component that forms part of our managed endpoint product for businesses (CCleaner Cloud) has been regularly updated.  The home and free versions of Speccy were scheduled for a refresh near the end of last year, but those were delayed (along with everything else) with the ~4 month freeze we had as we rebuilt our secure development and release environment.  After we've caught up with CCleaner we'll be looking to get Speccy back on the to-do list again - along with Defraggler and Recuva.
