CCleaner starts every time I exit Fallout 4 PC

This happens every time I exit Fallout 4 CCleaner pops up to do a clean how do I change that, I have looked through all the settings and cant seem to fine it

1. Start CCleaner.
2. Click: Options > Smart Cleaning, and then disable/untick items in there.

There's an outdated help documentation detailing it better. It calls it by the old name Monitoring but should read as Smart Cleaning, however it should give you the gist of it:
