Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T. As nergal says, it is compatible, I am typing this in Win 10 and have CCleaner installed. What makes you think/say that it isn't?
