softwareinept
Hey all, My Users folder in the C drive of my computer was deleted (in a bout of sleep-deprived stupidity I copied it to my HDD to clear space) so I used Recuva to recover the entire C drive. However, I now have approx. 100,000 files without folders scattered in my C drive. Would it be possible for me to re-do the deep scan with the "Restore folder structure" option checked, then have it overwrite the drive? Moderators Augeas Posted February 5, 2020 Moderators Share Posted February 5, 2020 The Restore Folder Structure applies to recovery. You can rerun the scan (if you have closd Recuva), check the Restore Folder Structure box, and then recover whatever you select to a separate drive. The recovered files will have the folder structure as far as can be established. You can then copy what you want back to your C drive.
