It has not worked for me

1. My original problem:

One 2Tb hard disk reformatted (only with data) by mistake.

2. Initial solution:

A week ago, I purchased Recuva licence. And I put to work on my reformatted disk, by mean OS. Windows 7 64bit.

3. Result:

Recuva failed for three times (it was frozen), when it reached 80% scan.
That is four days lost, because I can't save the scan done, and the data still does not recover.

4. Pregunta:
As this program cannot solve the problem for which I bought it, how can I refund the purchase?
