Tjalling Abma 0
Dear forum members I've just purchased CCleaner Pro and, I think I've registered, but after entering one of the task-buttons, the window becomes grey and there is no progress. This last for a long time. Yet, if I want to stop the program, there is a warning that it is working on a task. I have given it full entry to my HD How can I run the Cleaner properly? Kind regards, Tjalling Abma Edited January 18, 2020 by Tjalling Abma
Moderators Nergal 0 Posted January 18, 2020 Moderators Share Posted January 18, 2020 Your best bet is to use your priority support that came with pro. You can contact the developers directly at support@ccleaner.com Use the same address you registered with so they know it's priority ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T. CCLEANER, RECUVA, DEFRAGGLER AND SPECCY DOCUMENTATION CAN BE FOUND AT https://support.piriform.com/hc/en-us and https://www.ccleaner.com/docs Pro users file a PRIORITY SUPPORT request at https://support.piriform.com/hc/en-us/requests/new link to WINAPP2.INI explanation
