I renewed my license on 20/11/2019 and duly entered the new Licence Key shown in your Email..

Initially it updated my license but has now reverted to EXPIRED.

I then received a message from you today also stating my license has expired.

I would be grateful if you would correct this error as soon as possible.

I have pointed admins to your post.

Bear in mind it is the weekend so there may be some delay.

Hi Michael,  it seems that you have purchased a new license rather than renewing your prior subscription, which resulted in the expiry message. When you renew, you keep your original license key and we extend the subscription for it so that you should only have the one license key. Please drop our support team a message by following this link: https://support.piriform.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and they will be able to fix this for you. Thank you 😊.

I too am having the same type of problem. However, The license key in my email. Keeps telling me the key is incorrect. This is the 1st time after many years. That I have had any problems. If I cannot get it rectified. Or can't get assistance with a solution. Then I'll be removing the software. And taking my account of 'Auto Renewal'

Things to check:

  • Be sure to copy-paste the licence key rather than typing it by hand.  Some of the letters can look like numbers and vice versa when printed.
  • Make sure that the name entered matches your order confirmation as well.  If your previous registration used the name "Greg" but this purchase was "Gregory", for example, then it will also declare that your information is incorrect.

That tends to solve 99% of cases.  If all else fails and there is actually something wrong with your serial key that needs fixing then customer support can help at support@ccleaner.com.
