Flattop1 Posted November 6, 2019 Share Posted November 6, 2019 After running the analysis, the cleaner stalls at 48% and never completes the removal of spyware or junk. This is a recent development and I have been unable to get it to proceed. Allowing several hours of run time doesn't result in completion. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

From what you say ('spyware', 'junk') I'm guessing that you are using the new Health Check feature, or maybe the slightly older Easy Clean? Try using Custom Clean instead and seeing if that can break through the block that you are seeing. If not then come back and we can try and work out what the problem is.
